I believe that self-understanding, the awareness of and ability to understand one’s actions and reactions, is important for personal transformation. Using a gentle, introspective approach, I provide clients with the space to be curious about their past and current experiences. I believe personal transformation can happen to everyone at any age, it only takes a willingness to be vulnerable.
Session Details
Fee: $170 per session
Psychotherapy is covered by most insurance plans, but not all. Please check with your insurance provider to see if registered psychotherapists or psychotherapy services are acknowledged under your plan.
Length of session is 50 minutes
Why not a full hour? This allows me time to review your progress before your session and complete my notes after our session.
